KickStart: A Program of Martial Arts Training and Games Specifically Designed for 4 & 5 Year Old Children. Designed to Build Confidence, Increase Attention & Enhance Coordination.

Hatha Yoga/Yoga Sprouts-Kids: For Adults & Children. 
Non Martial Arts Members Welcome.

Hatha Yoga Classes Are Offered At An Additional Charge to Our Standard Martial Arts Curriculum. Classes Are Available to All Martial Arts Students At A Discount.
